These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Civilian Asset. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Read them before you buy.

Who we are
This store is operated by Civilian Asset, based in Eagle, Idaho, United States. You can reach us at shop@civilianasset.com.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you are and that the payment information you provide is yours to use.
Products, pricing and availability
We try to show every product accurately, but screens vary and we cannot guarantee that a color on your display matches the garment exactly. Product images are representative.
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors, and to cancel an order placed against an obvious error, including after it has been submitted. If we cancel for that reason, you get a full refund.
We may limit quantities or refuse an order at our discretion.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it and it enters production. Apparel is made to order, so see our Returns & Exchanges and Shipping pages, both of which form part of these terms.
Discount codes and promotions
Codes must be entered at checkout and only one code can be applied per order. We cannot apply a code retroactively to an order that has already been placed. Promotions can be changed or ended at any time, and codes may not be combined, resold or transferred.
Content on this site
Everything here, including our designs, artwork, logos, photography and written content, belongs to Civilian Asset or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or print our designs, and you may not use our marks without written permission.
You are welcome to share our posts and link to our pages. You are not welcome to put our artwork on your own merchandise.
Anything you send us
If you send us comments, photos, suggestions or other material, you grant us a non exclusive, royalty free right to use and publish it in connection with the brand, and you confirm it is yours to give. We are not obligated to keep it confidential, to use it, or to pay for it.
Our written content is not professional advice
We publish articles about equipment, maintenance, training and fitness. That content is our own experience and opinion, offered for general information only.
- Nothing on this site is legal advice. Laws regarding firearms, accessories and carry vary by state and locality and they change. Confirming what is legal where you live is your responsibility.
- Nothing on this site is medical or fitness advice. Consult a physician before beginning any training program.
- Nothing on this site is gunsmithing instruction. Always follow your manufacturer's manual. Work beyond routine maintenance should be performed by a qualified gunsmith.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Civilian Asset is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising out of your use of this site, our written content, or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Civilian Asset and anyone working with us from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Idaho.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part is severed and the rest stays in force.
Entire agreement
These terms, together with the Shipping, Returns & Exchanges and Privacy pages, are the entire agreement between us regarding your use of this site, and they replace any earlier version.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version posted here at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it.
